Important information to note before making a reservation

Time slots

Availability is structured to allow time for our staff to clean and sanitize the space before/after reservations. We would greatly appreciate your support in adhering to your scheduled time slot.

Waivers

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we are asking all families to complete a new waiver online prior to arrival. All children are required to have a completed and signed waiver on file before entering the play area. Please complete our new waiver form here.

Socks

All children are required to wear trampoline-grade "grippy" socks while in our play area. Socks are available for purchase. Adults are also required to wear socks at all times while in our play area.

Equipment

Some of our play items and equipment are difficult to clean between bookings. Please accept our apologies if your child's favorite items are therefore not available at all times.

Refunds

Please note that cancellations up to two days prior to the reservation include a refund of 75%. Refunds the day before or day of the reservation include a refund of 50%. Please contact us at info@swingsandwings.com for cancellations.

Snacks, food and drinks

Finger snacks and drinks are allowed only in the snack area (limited seating available). If you would like to celebrate with food and cake, please book a party package instead.

Nut-free facility

To promote a safe environment for all children, we continue to implement a “Nut-Free” policy.
